Thermal conductive silicone film in LED and power supply

The application of heat-conducting silica gel sheet in high-power LED, backlight and other industries is mainly used between aluminum substrate shells, whose function is to work on the shell base of aluminum substrate’s heat conduction LED and so on. High-power LED, backlight and other industries are mainly concentrated in the following aspects:

1.Large area needs heat conduction. When the area is large, it is not convenient to apply heat conducting silicone grease (or heat conducting paste).

2.Strip area heat dissipation.Such as: length 400* width 4mm such size use thermal conductivity silicone grease (or thermal conductivity paste) easy to apply to the product.(such as fluorescent lamp, panel lamp; Without screws, use strong adhesive double-sided heat-conducting tape directly to fix aluminum substrate and heat sink.

3.High and low, the use of thermal conductivity cannot be filled, should also use thermal conductivity silicon sheet to heat.

4.Small size need heat dissipation, should also use thermal conductive silica sheet to heat conduction.

5.When the cost requirements of the product are not strict or when the requirements are convenient to operate, thermal conductive silica gel sheet is also the preferred material.
