1. 打开慢

windows下路径为：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Linux下路径：/etc/hosts

192.30.253.113 github.com
192.30.253.113 github.com
192.30.253.118 gist.github.com
192.30.253.119 gist.github.com

改hosts为 .txt 文件，然后把上面的代码添到最后。

2. 下载慢

把这加到 hosts 后面

192.30.253.112 github.com
151.101.185.194 github.global.ssl.fastly.net

然后在终端或CMD中，执行以下命令：

ipconfig /flushdns

注：hosts最后要没有后缀名
