服务器文件迁移导致conda不可用

bash: /home/xxx/miniconda3/bin/conda: No such file or directory

我的文件原来在home中所以文件的路径都为home，但我的文件夹从home转为mnt后其conda就无法使用了，此时要修改.bashrc(这里我是普通用户，就直接在我的文件夹下) ：

vim  .bashrc
进入后就将所有路径中的home改为mnt，

vim ~/.bashrc

        . "/home/data3/xxx/anaconda3/etc/profile.d/conda.sh"
        CONDA_CHANGEPS1=false conda activate base
    else
        \export PATH="/home/data3/xxx/anaconda3/bin:$PATH"
    fi
fi
unset __conda_setup
# <<< conda init <<<

 以我的为例将里面四个home改为mnt

 同理进入其他也需要改的文件全部修改即可

vim anaconda3/bin/pip

vim anaconda3/bin/conda

vim anaconda3/bin/pip3

改完后
 source .bashrc 

conda-V就可以查看conda是否修改成功
