The Serenity Prayer

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him forever in the next.

Amen.

宁静的祷告

上帝，请赐予我宁静，去接受我所不能改变的；

请赐予我勇气，去改变我所能改变的；

并请赐予我智慧，去辨别什么可以改变，什么不能。

用心生活每一天；用灵魂享受每个时刻；承受磨难，因为它是通向安宁的必经之路。

效法耶稣，看清这个罪恶的世界，

接受它原本的样子，而不是我所期盼的样子；

相信只要服从神的旨意，神就能庇佑一切；

这样，这一生我就有理由得到快乐，并在天堂与您一起得到极乐。
