13.27 C- When major elements of the proven materials, processes or equipment are initially launched or changed, are the following complete:

13.27.1 C- Verification/validation records of the change? YES/NO

13.27.2 C- Training records indicating operators have been trained to the revised process?YES/NO

13.27.3 C- Process capability (SPC) instituted and actionable control limits defined, as required by customer?YES/NO/NA

14.PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION

14.1 P- Is there a documented qualification program for operators and inspectors who process and inspect Cable and Wire Harness assemblies that require a current IPC/WHMA-A-620 issued certificate?YES/NO

Audit Note: See definitions for qualification, certification, and training in section 2.3. Also, critical hands-on / practical training activities the task group feels shall be included, as a minimum, are wire preparation, soldering (including solder sleeves), crimping, co-axial cable assembly, harnessing / lacing / tying, pull testing, and contact retention testing. If the supplier does not perform a particular process, for example, soldering, then that process (soldering) would not have to be included in the hands-on training.

14.2 P- Does the qualification program require that any work completed by an uncertified operator/inspector is verified by an operator/inspector who is certified?YES/NO/NA

Audit Note: NA is used only when all operators are required to be certified prior to working on product.
