方法:双脚伸开约一脚宽,掂脚尖时深呼吸并提肛,放下双脚时出气,一次约一分钟,有时间的话,早中晚可以各练习一次。
功效:踮脚尖锻炼具有预防痔疮、稳定脚踝、缓解腰酸背痛、促进消化、促进身体血液循环等好处。
在进行踮脚尖运动时,可以促进肛门肌肉收缩和下肢的血液循环,能有效预防痔疮;同时因为在踮脚尖运动的过程当中,可以锻炼腰背肌肉,所以也能改善腰背酸痛的症状;另外每天进行踮脚尖锻炼,还有助于促进肠胃蠕动,提高消化能力。
