一般来说显示通配符匹配很全面，但无法找到XXX元素的，就是说导入的组件什么的没有问题，可能是命名空间的依赖有问题。
一般出现这样的问题就是我们在生成springmvc.xml时，使用IDEA自动生成的xml配置，导致有一些依赖没有导入。

通配符的匹配很全面, 
但无法找到元素 'context:component-scan' 的声明。

建议使用你之前可以运行的代码中的springmvc.xml中的配置，或者使用我下面的
