Python3.9 Pycharm 安装 PyAudio报错

问题背景

想跑的脚本代码报错在 'ssl.pyi' 中找不到引用 '_create_unverified_context'，网上查了一下说是因为没有安装好PyAudio这个包。在Pycharm里直接安装报错了一大堆如下：
