LTE IA Attach流程涉及网络协议和连接设置，确保UE在成功attach后建立与PDN GW的默认承载，实现始终在线的IP连接。UE通过选择IA APN开始attach过程，接着进行一系列EMM和ESM交互步骤，包括身份验证、安全模式建立和默认EPS承载上下文激活，最终实现数据呼叫的建立。
IA apn用于LTE attach。
手机检测到sim卡后，便会加载这个attach apn. 不过很多运营商并没有严格规定attach apn，所以常常使用default类型的apn。
