Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required报错解决方法

报错：

Building wheel for PyQt5-sip (pyproject.toml) ... error   error: subprocess-exited-with-error    × Building wheel for PyQt5-sip (pyproject.toml) did not run successfully.   │ exit code: 1   ╰─> [5 lines of output]       running bdist_wheel       runn.....

在用pip去安装一些第三方包的时候会出现如下错误，缺少C++编先下载对应的.whl，然后下载Visual Studio，比较麻烦。

然后下载完发现也可以这样，下载这个包可以解决C++依赖的问题，简单很多。

conda install libpython m2w64-toolchain -c msys2
