由于之前R的版本太过陈旧，gsea不能用了，所以重新安装了R，然后就显示我没有小鼠的注释库，于是安装注释包，出现报错。
显示Rtools要更新到最新版本。

install.packages(“org.Mm.eg.db”)

解决办法：安装RTools4.3
