ansys workbench问题求解

以一个圆柱体进行静力结构分析时，遇到报错“An error occurred while starting the solver module. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the ANSYS Mechanical User Guide for more information.”版本为ansys2019。用2022R1也同样报错，“启动求解器模块时出错。请参考＆simproductguidedocumentation;中的“故障排除”部分，以了解更多信息。”
