vue3 import报错：has no default export

参考其他文章时看到有人禁用后不报错了，尝试一下后去官网看了下。

Vue3 项目中 ：Vue Language Features (Volar) 插件会与 * Vetur* 插件冲突。

项目根目录下新建evn.d.ts文件
很多地方都介绍过，就不一一列举地址了。
