用CCS连接XDS100V3调试目标板的一例故障解决

最近用CCS连接XDS100V3调试CC1310时，发现无法连接目标板。

在Verify时报错如下：

经检查是由于电池供电的CC1310电压低（小于1.5V）造成。更换后恢复正常电压，能够正常调试
