Docker Ubuntu 环境下 apt-get update 失败

报错信息

解决方法1：

直接删除 /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cuda.list 文件

解决方法2：

update前先添加PGP PUBLIC KEY，KEY的地址在cuda.list中的URL下

$ apt-key adv --fetch-keys http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/ubuntu1604/x86_64/3bf863cc.pub
$ apt-key adv --fetch-keys https://developer.download.nvidia.cn/compute/cuda/repos/ubuntu1804/x86_64/7fa2af80.pub
