grpc-java开发配置，支持eclipse、vscode的自动编译

经测试，vscode用Remote - SSH在远程linux机器下进行开发，也能成功自动编译proto文件

把proto文件放到工程的src/main/proto目录下

proto类型定义的编译结果在target\generated-sources\protobuf\java目录
service(grpc)的编译结果在target\generated-sources\protobuf\grpc-java目录
eclipse、vscode会自动引入编译结果
