一、文件下载

可以使用 ResponseEntity 来实现文件的下载功能，不光是图片，还可以是各种类型的文件，核心代码如下所示：

二、文件上传

2.1 简介

文件上传要求 form 表单的请求方式必须为 post，并且添加属性 enctype="multipart/form-data"，SpringMVC 中将上传的文件封装到 MultipartFile 对象中，通过此对象可以获取文件相关信息。

2.2 添加依赖

<dependency>
    <groupId>commons-fileupload</groupId>
    <artifactId>commons-fileupload</artifactId>
    <version>1.3.1</version>
</dependency>

2.3 添加配置

在 SpringMVC 的配置文件中添加如下配置：
