baby sitter: short-term work time for taking care of kids, maybe a few hours

daycare: childcare during the day while parents work, maybe one teacher take care a lot of kids

4.to juggle 

to juggle: to have many things on your hands and be able to handle and doing at the same time

The CEO has to juggle a very busy schedule.
