Windows Debug常见设置

一、 设置串口 windbg

#Downlaod and  Install windbg

bcdedit /debug on 
bcdedit /dbgsettings serial debugport:1 baudrate:115200 

二、 设置USB windbg

bcdedit /debug on
bcdedit /dbgsettings usb targetname:usb
bcdedit /set "{dbgsettings}" busparams 0.20.0 #Need specify the detail usb bus/device/function

三、 設置Windows cmd登陸

bcdedit /ems on 
shutdown -r -f -t 3

# input the blow after get SAC> from serial console
cmd //create channel
ch // view the channels
ch -sn Cmd0001 //connect to specific channel
user: Administrator //input username

四、 Windows dump uefi variable

# Download UEFIVar.exe
https://gist.github.com/Zibri/19f9838ffd12349bb2c6c3afddc9388f

# Execute it on cmd
UEFIVar.exe -l 

五、 Windows S3 查看與觸發

# Download and Install Aspeed video driver
https://www.aspeedtech.com/support_driver/

# Cmd check if support S3
powercfg -a

# Trigger S3
shutdown /h

六、 Windows dump ACPI

# Download and acpica tools
https://acpica.org/downloads/binary-tools

# Dump all ACPI tables 
acpidump -b

# Extract the specific acpi table 
iasl.exe -d dsdt.dat

七、 Windows dump ACPI/SMBIOS

# Download RW tool 
https://www.downloadcrew.com/article/31919-rweverything_165_64-bit

# Use the RW gui get ACPI/SMBIOS

八、 Windows inject RAS errors

# Download HCK

# Clear error logs
wevtutil cl "Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-WHEA/Errors"
wevtutil cl "System"

# Inject CE errors 
Wheahct.exe /err 8

# Inject UCE errors 
Wheahct.exe /err 16

# Inject UCE fatal errors 
Wheahct.exe /err 32

PS: UEFI setup need to enable whea option before inject os errors
