Daily mood 0425 -- About talking and writing

I have writing a lot these years so far, like blogs, notes, emails and so on. In my opinion, if you want to be efficient, the writing as same as talking should be structural which conform to the habits of mind:

• Theme first
• Classify and Grouping
• Logical progression

Theme first. If you want to discribe a thing to somebody, say your leader, your boss, who are timeless, maybe theme or conclusion first is the better choice. Because the couterpart can get the key point quickly, then it is easy to follow your speaking.

Classify and Grouping. How do you feel that somebody tell you fish, apple, basketball, car, bike, football, rice and metro? And how is your feeling about the other expression: eating: fish, apple, rice; sport: basketball, football; traffic: bike, car, metro. The second one is better, because it is classify and grouping, that is easy for understand by human beings.

Logical progression. When you report to your boss, you say i did sth a in afternoon, then do sth b in morning, and do sth c in the evening, ah i forget i also have done sth d in the afternoon. Do you see that confusion and disordered？What do you want to do if you are the listener?

The follow sequence is better: i did b in the morning, then did a and d in the afternoon after noon break, and in the evening did sth c at the end. As you can see, the discription above is in the time sequence which is friendly to anybody.
