android studio 启动时候报：java.lang.IllegalStateException: failed to create a child event loop 问题解决

今天电脑重装系统后，重新启动android studio 发现启动时候没有进度条等反应，过一段时候后弹出以下错误：

仔细观察日志 发现：Connection timed out: connect 就知道应该是网络原因了

后来在系统控制面板中将window 自带的防火墙关闭后 重新启动问题解决。所以记录以下此问题，希望可以帮助到遇到同样问题的朋友。
