SharePoint Retention Policies--Realize document archival

1.Go to site you want to store the archival and enable site feature Content Organizer

2. Go to site setting to new one Content Organizer Rule

2.Go to SharePoint Center Administration ->General Application Settings ->External SErvice Connections to Configure connection 

3. Configure Send to Connections : 'TopSiteConnection' will be used later( http://server/siteurl is the site you have enabled feature)

4. Go to the library you want to realize document archival and configure retention policy

5. Select Content Type and define retention policy

6. Enable Retention

7. Add a retention stage

8. Go to SharePoint Center Administration to run two timer jobs one by one:  Information management policy and Expiration policy, Remember   Information management policy must before Expiration policy

9. Maybe it does not work right now. Please patience to wait. Or you can change the test data Created day by PowerShell to make it work right now.
