步骤如下：

1.下载instantclient-basic-linux.x64-18.3.0.0.0dbru.zip
https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/linuxx86-64soft-092277.html
2.解压
mkdir -p /opt/oracle
cd /opt/oracle			
unzip instantclient-basic-linux.x64-18.3.0.0.0dbru.zip

3.yum install libaio

4.root用户下在/etc/profile最后增加一行export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/oracle/instantclient_18_3:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
5.source /etc/profile

最初我的Python用的32位的，网上有人说只要Python和instantclient位数一致就行，但是我用32位instantclient，加了环境变量，将dll文件扔到Python根目录下提示找不到所需的模块，之后我将Python换成64位，更改完环境变量并添加dll文件到Python根目录后连接成功。我想，应该是Oracle、Python、instantclient三者的版本应该一致吧。
