另存为.bat文件格式，以管理员身份打开，即为去除小箭头；

去除上述设置，如下：

taskkill /f /im explorer.exe
attrib -s -r -h "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\iconcache.db"

同样另存为.bat文件格式，以管理员身份打开。

这样修改以后桌面看了舒服多了。
