Android 关于使用ScrollView和RecyclerView 时候Topbar被隐藏解决方式

在ScrollView和RecyclerView 一起使用的时候出现布局上半部分被遮挡

我想要的效果是这样的    但是实际效果是我第一次进入页面的时候是右边的效果

只有当我想下滑动之后上方灰色的topbar才会出现。

我的布局如下：

                android:layout_width="match_parent"
                android:background="@android:color/darker_gray"
                android:layout_height="40dp">
            </TextView>
            <android.support.v7.widget.RecyclerView
                android:id="@+id/recyclerView"
                android:layout_below="@+id/toolbar"
                android:layout_width="match_parent"
                android:layout_height="match_parent">
            </android.support.v7.widget.RecyclerView>

        </RelativeLayout>
</ScrollView>

解决办法是在activity中create方法中加入下面的代码

  mScrollView.post(new Runnable() {
            @Override
            public void run() {
                mScrollView.scrollTo(0,0);
            }
        });

启动一个线程，动态设置一次ScrollView的位置
