iOS端APP提交审核被拒绝包含用户生成内容必须有举报和拉黑功能

最近iOS端APP更新提交App Store Connect审核时却多次被拒绝，因为我之前已经加举报功能，

最近iOS端APP更新提交App Store Connect审核时却多次被拒绝，因为我之前已经加举报功能，而目前APP主要以路人用户为主，加拉黑感觉没什么意义，于是一直不想加，然后就在备注那里跟老外理论，后来他们给我安排了在3到5个工作日内提供电话服务。

We continue to find your app enables the display of user-generated content but does not have the proper precautions in place.

In order to resolve this issue, please implement a mechanism for users to block abusive users. ( 拉黑/屏蔽 )

Please note, blocking mechanism cannot be replaced by reporting or unfollow and must be presented along with all the user-generated contents in the app. 

We hope you will consider making the appropriate revisions to your app and resubmit.

We found in our review that your app includes user-generated content but does not have all the required precautions. Apps with user-generated content must take specific steps to moderate content and prevent abusive behavior.

Specifically, we were still unable to locate a mechanism for users to block abusive users in your app.

从5月29号等到6月1号18:04终于等到了来自美国加利福尼亚州圣何塞的Apple来电（+1(408996-1010)），来电是个讲中文的男客服，整体显得有点僵硬，他跟我说包含用户生成内容的APP必须同时包含举报（针对事）和拉黑（针对人）措施。需要注意的是路人用户也要可以拉黑，重装后可以重新拉黑，具体实现逻辑自己安排。

实际上只要在列表加个移除（拉黑）内容功能即可，就像很多APP都有这个功能。

然后重新提交即可以通过审核了。
