当个socket的事件分发器：

分别对应四个事件处理函数  errorCallback(),readCallback_(recevieTime),writeCallback_(),closeCallback，  这四个函数处理函数用所属的TcpConnection 类提供，channel提供对应设置事件处理函数接口，
