darknet-yolov3中python接口测试过程(从图片到网络再到返回结果)

首先从darknet.py中main函数出发,如下:

使用load_net()解析网络结构cfg文件以及权值weights文件。利用load_meta()函数解析data类别,再python接口中,传入的data主要获取其类别信息。load_net()由libdarknet.so导入,如下:

其原函数为load_network(),该函数位于src/network.c中,具体如下:

首先由read_cfg()逐行读取cfg文件,返回sections,read_cfg()同样位于src/parse.c中,具体如下:

可见,fopen打开后逐行解析,使用switch分支选择返回options传递给sections,再parse_network_cfg()中继续使用make_network()返回net,make_network()位于src/network.c中,具体为:

解析后给net每层赋予权值,得到darknet.py中main函数中的读取后的net,然后融入darknet.py中的def detect()函数进行对图像的预测。detect()函数如下:

其通过load_image()加载图像,具体加载过程可参考博主博客:https://blog.csdn.net/xunan003/article/details/96287024以及博客:https://blog.csdn.net/xunan003/article/details/94741304理解。主要通过src/image.c中的load_image()中opencv的load_image_cv()读取。读取到的原始图片为im,然后和解析好的net一起送入predict_image()函数进行计算测试。predict_image()通过libdarknet.so传入python接口,具体传递为:

letterbox_image()函数位于src/image.c调用从cfg中获取的net中定义的w和h,然后对输入的im进行resize,具体为:
