Dear Mrs. Brown,
I’m your new tenant from the flat on King Street. My family and I moved in last week. I’m sorry to trouble you but I’m afraid I have to make a complaint about the furniture.
Do you remember the dinning table in the room? It has uneven legs and is not stable. We found it shaking sometimes during our meals. Besides, only three chairs match the table. If we have guests to dinner, how can they be seated?
As I mentioned above, would you please fix the table or just replace it with a new one? Moreover, would you please match three more chairs to the others? I think that won’t cost much. I should be very graceful if you could take this matter into consideration and solve it at your earliest convenience.
I’m looking forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely,
Yancey Xie
