windows重置mysql 中root@localhost的密码

问题：先前在mysql数据库里通过本机建了一个数据库，里面还有些表。后来不知怎么回事登陆的时候用show databases结果只有两个数据库：performance_schema 和test，那个mysql数据库和自己之前新建的那个库都不见了。如果新建库时出这样的错误

ERROR 1044 (42000): Access denied for user ''@'localhost' to database 'xxx'


查到要重置root@localhost的密码
现将方法记录如下：

首先net stop mysql  停止mysql服务

然后打开cmd ，cd到你的MySQL bin目录下。 比如我的是 C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\bin
然后敲下面的粗体的命令。注意你的my.ini位置（用户配置文件）。
输入 mysqld  --defaults-file="C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\my.ini" --console --skip-grant-tables
出现：

再开一个DOS窗口，同样切到mysql bin目录下，执行mysql -uroot mysql
显示：Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 2
Server version: 5.1.33-community-log MySQL Community Server (GPL)


Type 'help;' or '\h' for help. Type '\c' to clear the buffer.

mysql>

然后开始设置新密码：
mysql> UPDATE user SET Password=PASSWORD(’这里填你的新密码’) where USER=’root’; 
mysql> FLUSH PRIVILEGES; 
mysql> quit 
然后重新启动服务就行了。
