1.Maximum Depth of Binary Tree

题目:给定一个二叉树,找出最大深度,二叉树的深度为根节点到最远叶子节点的最长路径的节点数。

Given a binary tree, find its maximum depth.

The maximum depth is the number of nodes along the longest path from the root node down to the farthest leaf node.

Note: A leaf is a node with no children.

Example:

Given binary tree [3,9,20,null,null,15,7],

    3
   / \
  9  20
    /  \
   15   7
return its depth = 3.
class Solution(object):
    def maxDepth(self, root):
        """
        :type root: TreeNode
        :rtype: int
        """
        if root == None:
            return 0
        return 1 + max(self.maxDepth(root.left), self.maxDepth(root.right))

2.Validata Binary Search Tree

Given a binary tree, determine if it is a valid binary search tree (BST).

Assume a BST is defined as follows:

The left subtree of a node contains only nodes with keys less than the node's key.
The right subtree of a node contains only nodes with keys greater than the node's key.
Both the left and right subtrees must also be binary search trees.
Example 1:

Input:
    2
   / \
  1   3
Output: true
Example 2:

    5
   / \
  1   4
     / \
    3   6
Output: false
Explanation: The input is: [5,1,4,null,null,3,6]. The root node's value
             is 5 but its right child's value is 4.

答案:

class Solution:
    def isValidBST(self,root):
        def inorderTraversal(root):
            if root == None:
                return []
            res =[]
            res += inorderTraversal(root.left)
            res.append(root.val)
            res += inorderTraversal(root.right)
            return res
        res = inorderTraversal(root)
        if res != sorted(list(set(res))):return False
        return True

3.Symmetric Tree

Given a binary tree, check whether it is a mirror of itself (ie, symmetric around its center).

For example, this binary tree [1,2,2,3,4,4,3] is symmetric:

    1
   / \
  2   2
 / \ / \
3  4 4  3
But the following [1,2,2,null,3,null,3] is not:
    1
   / \
  2   2
   \   \
   3    3
Note:
Bonus points if you could solve it both recursively and iteratively.

答案:

class Solution:
    def isSymmetric(self, root):
        """
        :type root: TreeNode
        :rtype: bool
        """
        if root == None:
            return True
        else:
            return self.isSym(root.left, root.right)

    def isSym(self, p, q):
        if p == None and q == None:
            return True
        elif p == None or q == None:
            return False
        elif p.val == q.val:
            return self.isSym(p.left, q.right) and self.isSym(p.right, q.left)
        else:
            return False

4.Binary Tree Level Order Tree

Given a binary tree, return the level order traversal of its nodes' values. (ie, from left to right, level by level).

For example:
Given binary tree [3,9,20,null,null,15,7],
    3
   / \
  9  20
    /  \
   15   7
return its level order traversal as:
[
  [3],
  [9,20],
  [15,7]
]

答案:

class Solution(object):
    def levelOrder(self, root):
        """
        :type root: TreeNode
        :rtype: List[List[int]]
        """
        queue = [root]
        res = []
        if not root:
            return []
        while queue:
            templist = []
            templen =len(queue)
            for i in range(templen):
                temp = queue.pop(0)
                templist.append(temp.val)
                if temp.left:
                    queue.append(temp.left)
                if temp.right:
                    queue.append(temp.right)
            res.append(templist)
        return res

5.Covert Sorted Array to Binary Search Tree

Given an array where elements are sorted in ascending order, convert it to a height balanced BST.

For this problem, a height-balanced binary tree is defined as a binary tree in which the depth of the two subtrees of every node never differ by more than 1.

Example:

Given the sorted array: [-10,-3,0,5,9],

One possible answer is: [0,-3,9,-10,null,5], which represents the following height balanced BST:

      0
     / \
   -3   9
   /   /
 -10  5

答案:

class Solution:
    def sortedArrayToBST(self, nums):
        if not nums:return None
        if len(nums) ==1:return TreeNode(nums[0])
        mid = len(nums)//2
        root = TreeNode(nums[mid])
        root.left =self.sortedArrayToBST(nums[:mid])
        root.right = self = self.sortedArrayToBST(nums[mid+1:])
        return root
