FCC认证依据标准
FCC Part 15
        Subpart B
        无意发射设备，如TV、CPU主板、电脑电源以及路由器、Modem等通信设备；
        Subpart C
        有意发射设备，天线、外部射频功放、助听器、无绳电话设备等；
FCC Part 18
        工业、科技、医疗类设备，诸如工业加热、气体电离、理发、医学透热疗仪、超声波仪、家用微波烤炉、首饰净化仪等；
FCC Part 68
        连接到美国公共电话网络的电信终端设备、如低端路由器等；

FCC认证方法
        Verification：制造商或代理商对自己产品进行自我认证；
        DoC：符合性申明；
        Certification：通过TCB（Telecom Certification Body）认证；

如何进行Verification？
        对产品进行测试，并且确认测试结果满足相关FCC标准要求，对实验室的资格没有要求。
        保存测试报告，以备FCC检查；
        在每个产品的产品标签上增加FCC认证标记；并增加下面一段申明：
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

如何进行Verification？
        在产品说明书上增加相关符合性申明。

        CLASS A类设备
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at is own expense.

–CLASS B类设备
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
--Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
--Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
--Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
--Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

 

哪些产品可以进行Verification？
       Business computer equipment (Class A);  CLASS A类的商用计算机设备
       TV and FM receivers;  电视、调频广播接收机
       Non-consumer Industrial, Scientific and Medical Equipment. 非消费类的工业、科学及医疗设备
      各类CLASS A类的数字设备及外设；
      开关电源模块。

 

如何进行DoC？

       对产品进行测试，确保产品能够满足FCC标准要求，进行测试的实验室必须有NVLAP或者A2LA认可；

       和检测实验室共同签署一份DoC文件，并将测试报告和DoC文件保存，以备FCC检查。

如何进行DoC？
       在产品上或用户手册上加贴以下申明：

如何进行Certification？
       Certification是最为复杂的一种产品FCC认证方式，需要申请人提供以下东西给TCB（Telecom Certification Body），由TCB颁发认证证书：
–测试数据
–设备安装操作指导书
–认证费用。
