Here's what worked for me (from imobiledevice.org):

When your device is plugged in, close out the error. Then run

idevicepair unpair && idevicepair pair

亲测： 不知道为什么有时候执行了不管用，插着电脑上，重启电脑才行...........

Then unplug your device and plug it back in.

亲测能行
