qtpy.PythonQtError: No Qt bindings could be found[已解决]

我之前尝试了pip install pyqt5，然而cmd窗口已经提示我安装过了，所以还是没能成功打开spyder，之后看了英文网站，发现这个网址上（https://superuser.com/questions/1433913/qtpy-pythonqterror-no-qt-bindings-could-be-found）说的有效，挺简单的，不去原网址也行，原文和翻译如下：

I faced a similar problem, however, for me, the solution was an easy one. Please go through the following points.

1. Keep a native python installed on your machine.===== 1.保证你电脑上有原装的python，就是从官网下的那个原版python
2. Run "pip install pyqt5-tools" from cmd.=====2.在命令行窗口（cmd）输入pip install pyqt5-tools
3. You should have a message on screen post-installation - "Successfully installed click-7.0 pyqt5-5.13.0 pyqt5-tools-5.13.0.1.5 python-dotenv-0.10.3" :=====3.如果安装成功，会提示"Successfully installed click-7.0 pyqt5-5.13.0 pyqt5-tools-5.13.0.1.5 python-dotenv-0.10.3"的字样，反正只要没报错就行。
