Personal Conclusion For Pre Half Year 2018

Well, as a matter of fact, I do have no idea about where to start. During the time since I published my previous conclusion which also contained my recent target, I do follow what I ever said. I tried my best to read the source codes and I also made my best effort to learn as much other userful or useless knowledge as I could. However, although I have beening keeping challenging, I find that it's still not enough. The more I learnt and handled, the helpless and hopeless I felt.

To tell the truth, I ever made a well-scheduled plan for myself. For my first year to start my career, I need to get to know what the software development is and how to handle the software development. For my second year, I have to get in touch with all kinds of fields, including back-end development, wechat offical account develoopment, application development, just like what I ever did when I was a master. Meanwhile, I also have to choose a great and most suitable option as my future career. Well, I have to say that I might have completed my target and make some achievements. But......, that is not enough. That's not enough because there are so many many many young and gifted and hard-working people around you. Probably you may have a good plan, till, it can't help you win the first pride. Therefore, what you have to do is that you have make your plan much more strictly. Otherwise, you can't get what you exactly want in th future.

You may be familiar to the basic source codes, that is great but not enough. You may have got some experience about how to manage a team and make development plans, that's allright but not enough. You may be able to design a good table in database and good software structure to make sure that your company can have stable and safety software but THAT IS NOT ENOUGH.  To be brilliant, you must practise your skill hardly. Twice times harder, three times harder.....ten times harder until you become the best of the best of the best.

Be great, keeping researching new skills and reviewing current knowledge. Read books and learn useful information from them. Keep studying good things from your fellows working around you and remember, stay cool, keep modest. Never be afraid of failure, just like what you ever experience in Ottawa. You ever made it, didn't you?
