问题描述:
Implement regular expression matching with support for ‘.’ and ‘*’.
‘.’ Matches any single character.
‘*’ Matches zero or more of the preceding element.
The matching should cover the entire input string (not partial).
The function prototype should be:
bool isMatch(const char *s, const char *p)
Some examples:
isMatch(“aa”,”a”) → false
isMatch(“aa”,”aa”) → true
isMatch(“aaa”,”aa”) → false
isMatch(“aa”, “a*”) → true
isMatch(“aa”, “.*”) → true
isMatch(“ab”, “.*”) → true
isMatch(“aab”, “c*a*b”) → true
分析:我最开始的思路是从前到后依次查询,遇到.就跳过。遇到*就尽量右延,但是发现这种思路有问题的。而且考虑的情况越多,代码基本上就不可读了。在网上看到了如下这种做法。使用递归,非常简洁的处理程序的细节。
代码如下:24ms
bool isMatch(char* s, char* p) {
if(*p=='\0') return *s=='\0';//查看是否二者都进行到末尾
//think,p+1 or p+2 will not exceed the limit of array
if(*(p+1)!='*'){
if(*p==*s||*p=='.'&&*s!='\0')
return isMatch(s+1,p+1);
return false;
}else{//*(p+1)=='*'
while(*p==*s||*p=='.'&&*s!='\0'){
if(isMatch(s,p+2))
return true;
s++;
}
return isMatch(s,p+2);
}
}
