腾讯云ip问题

我们查看 ifconfig

这里有一个ip地址，是内网IP

10.0.24.17

但是我们登录腾讯云的ip地址跟这个完全不一样
类似于

119.29.219.xxx

我们跨主机想使用upd进行通信的时候，用的是下面这个ip。后面详细讲
