Android  系统apk编译源代码的时候如何引用android-support-v4.jar 在Android.mk

当我们的代码里面引用了 android-support-v4.jar 的时候，但我们放到系统 里面去编译的时候就不需要放libs 下了，而且需要直接增加系统 引用在Android.mk文件里面；

LOCAL_STATIC_JAVA_LIBRARIES := \
 android-support-v4

下面是Android.mk 文件的写法，同理 android-support-v13  也一样；
