新电脑安装tensorflow 1.9.0后完全无法使用，连基本的 “import tensorflow” 都无法执行。奇怪的是， 在原先的电脑上完全没问题

#换成低版本，安装 tensorflow 1.5.0
以上使用的都是cpu版的
