确实log4j2.xml不在类路径下，但有在启动脚本有设置log4j2.xml的路径

java -jar ServerStart.jar -Dlog4j.configurationFile=conf/log4j2.xml

原来参数需要设置在 ServerStart.jar的前面

改为

java -jar -Dlog4j.configurationFile=conf/log4j2.xml ServerStart.jar
就好了
