1. User Manual

1.1 Language Switch Instructions

  1. Open the application, and you will see the login screen.

  2. At the top of the login screen, there is a language selection button, which defaults to "English."

  3. Click the "English" button, and a drop-down menu will appear, listing the available languages.

  4. Select the language you need from the drop-down menu, and the interface will automatically switch to the selected language.

  5. After confirming the language switch, you can proceed with other operations, such as logging in.

1.2 User Login Instructions

  1. Open the application, and you will see the login screen as shown.

  2. Enter the IP address of the server you want to connect to in the IP input field.

  3. Enter your username in the username input field.

  4. Enter your password in the password input field.

  5. After confirming that all information is correct, click the "Login" button at the bottom of the screen.

  6. Upon successful login, you will enter the application's main interface and start using the application's features.

1.3 Gateway Management Instructions

  1. View the Gateway List: After opening the application, go to the gateway management interface, where you will see a list of all added gateways, as shown.

  2. View Gateway Details: Click on a gateway name in the list to enter the detailed information page for that gateway and view specific gateway information.

  3. Add a Gateway: Click the "+" button at the top right of the screen to enter the add gateway interface. Enter the relevant information and click the "Submit" button to complete the addition of the gateway.

  4. Delete a Gateway: In the gateway list, long press a gateway name, and a delete option will appear. Confirm to delete the gateway.

1.4 Adding Gateway Devices Instructions

  1. Enter the Add Gateway Interface: On the gateway management page, click the "+" button at the top right to enter the add gateway device interface, as shown.

  2. Enter the Gateway Number: Enter the gateway number in the "Gateway number" input field. You can also scan a QR code to obtain the number by clicking the QR code icon on the right.

  3. Enter the Gateway Name: Enter the gateway name in the "Gateway name" input field for identification and management purposes.

  4. Select Block Number: In the "Block no" section, select the corresponding block number to indicate the location of the gateway.

  5. Select Floor: In the "Floor" input field, select or enter the floor information where the gateway is located.

  6. Enter Postal Code: In the "Postal" section, select or enter the postal code information to accurately locate the gateway device.

  7. Submit Information: After confirming that all information is correct, click the "Submit" button at the top right of the screen to complete the addition of the gateway device.

1.5 User Settings Instructions

  1. Enter the Settings Interface: On the main interface of the application, click the "Settings" icon at the bottom of the screen to enter the user settings interface, as shown.

  2. Clear Cache: Click "Clear cache" to clear the application's cache data, freeing up storage space and optimizing application performance.

  3. Check for Updates: Click "Check for updates," and the application will automatically check for new versions. If an update is available, you can choose to download and install the latest version.

  4. About Us: Click "About us" to view information about the application, including the version number and an introduction to the development team.

  5. Exit Application: Click "Exit" to log out of the current session, return to the login screen, or completely close the application.
