把内存中的字符串以文本文件方式写入硬盘

方法一：以字节流的形式写入

String src = "Wellcom to China!欢迎来到中国!";
String file = "F:\\Hello.txt";
InputStream in = new StringBufferInputStream(src);
OutputStream out = new FileOutputStream(file);
byte[] b = new byte[1024];
int count = 0;
while((count = in.read(b)) > -1){
	out.write(b, 0, count);
	out.flush();
}
out.close();
in.close();

此方法只能写入英文，写入中文是乱码。StringBufferInputStream类已作废。

方法二：以字符流的形式写入

String src = "Wellcom to China!欢迎来到中国!";
String file = "F:\\Hello.txt";
Reader reader = new StringReader(src);
Writer writer = new FileWriter(file);
char[] chars = new char[1024];
int count = 0;
while((count = reader.read(chars)) > -1){
	writer.write(chars, 0, count);
	writer.flush();
}
writer.close();
reader.close();

此方法可以正确写入中文。
