VMware 安装64位虚拟机报错

报错信息：

Youhave configured this virtual machine to use a 64-bit guest operating system.However, 64-bit operation is not possible. This host is VT-capable, but VT isdisabled.
This is usually because VT has been disabled in the BIOS/firmware settings orthe host has not been power-cycled since changing this setting. Please:
(1) Verify that the BIOS/firmware settings enable VT and disable ‘trustedexecution.’
(2) Power-cycle the host, if either of these BIOS/firmware settings have beenchanged.
(3) Power-cycle the host, if you have not done so since installing VMwareWorkstation.
(4) Update the host’s BIOS/firmware to the latest version.

Continuewithout 64-bit support?

解决办法：

我的电脑是ThinkPadT530i（win7系统），

一：关机（不要重启）

二：开机 -->按F1键进入BIOS 找到config-->cpu 找到：Virtualization Technology这一项把该项改为[Enable]按F10保存并退出即可。
