Susan and Harry get the tailand restaurant -- Somsak. Somsak, which is also the owner of the restaurant, welcomes them in the hall. He is a very nice man, and gives Harry a good impression. Harry likes it very much to have dinner there. Minutes later, Somsak comes back to ask for the order. Susan orders a glass of ginger ale with ice for drink and a mee krob to eat. Harry would like some kind of dry white wine, Somsak recommands California chablis for him. It's the very first time for Harry to have tailand food, so he doesn't know what to order. To avoid embarrassment, he orders the same food as Susan's. At last, Somsak recommends rose-petal salad for them.

 

After taking the order, Somsak goes away to prepare the food and drink. Only Susan and Harry left now. Harry is very nervous for this is his first data in the past two years. He keeps single ever since his wife died two years ago. They start the talk on their jobs. Susan is a vice president of new product development, in a famous toy company. That title makes Harry respect her very much. After that, they talk about Harry's daughter, Michelle, who is five years old. Harry shows Susan Michelle's picture. Later, Somsak comes and brings Rose petal salad. Somsak tells Harry there is a phone call for him. Harry goes' for the telephone. When Harry back, he seems very upset, and says his daughter is ill, and he must go now. Susan feels very sorry for him and Michelle, and let Harry leave immediately.
