以下的Key都是用于加解密Transport nwk key数据帧中的nwk key

1 - Development Key

Development Key仅在开发阶段使用的key，生产的时候应该被替换掉，该key的序列号为0。

2 - ZLL Master Key

ZLL Master Key用于ZLL通过认证的设备，由zigbee联盟发放，仅用于通过ZLL认证的设备之间共享，不对外公开，ZLL touchlink initiator（发起者）使用 master key传输加密的nwk key,这个key的序列号为4，应该在ZLL Commissioning Plug-in 的 securityState->encryptionKey赋值使用

3 - ZLL Certification Key

ZLL产品做认证的时候的KEY，不应该在生产过程中使用，是在ZLL规范中有说明，
