It is a pretty simple task in fact, since the 'usertype' variable is a public member, we can reference it directly:

	$user =& JFactory::getUser();

	if("Super Administrator" == $user->usertype)
	{
		JSubMenuHelper::addEntry(
			JText::_('BLBE_TOURNAMENT'),
			'index.php?option=com_joomsport&task=tourn_list',
			$vName == 'tourn_list' || $vName == 'tour_edit' || $vName == ''
		);
	}

Then, if a logged  user is not super administrator, he won't see this button in the menu.
