自定义控件RadioButton EditText

自定义RadioButton

radiobutton的样式是由background和button属性决定的

定义一个样式文件styles.xml,名为CustomRadioBtn

styles.xml

背景是一个图片radio_btn_bg.png

图片四周的黑线是可以随内容伸缩的区域

custom_radio_btn.xml是button的样式

当按钮的状态和某一个selector中的item相匹配时就会使用相应项的 Drawable，是一个图片
