日前，刚刚带领金山上市的雷军宣布辞掉总裁兼CEO的职务，就这一事件，各方众说纷纭，我个人感觉这还是和软件行业持续的不景气有关。
国内软件行业的不景气已经呈现了多年，国内的软件公司很多，除了东软和其他一些兼做外包的大公司外，其余大部分为乌合之众，这批小软件公司以外包项目为生，由于从事的技术大多缺乏技术含量，产品没有壁垒，没有知识产权，一直以来拖了软件行业的后退。
但这种情况并不能怪罪于这些没有实力的软件公司。软件行业一直饱受盗版之诟病，他们没有实力承担这个风险，只好靠外包项目养家糊口。
在有的公司转战ERP的时候，国内一直有这样一家公司怀着一个崇高的梦想扛着民族软件的大旗，这就是金山。金山出了非常多的优秀软件，例如WPS词霸影霸等等。但这些产品并未带来丰厚的回报，如果这样，金山注定走不远。
唯一的办法就是靠其他辅助的产品养家糊口，吃饱喝足才能把这个梦想继续下去，在骑虎难下之际金山选择了网游。
网游是金山的一个金矿，金山上市也靠完全网游。一个软件公司以网络游戏业务为上市的理由，这种挂羊头卖狗肉的形式虽然尴尬，但并不是不可理解。上市对金山来讲是个崎岖不平的道路，或许除了网游，它别无选择，而且，金山的上市并未给国内软件行业带来另一番景象，它还是个扶不起的阿斗。
所以，雷军在这个时候隐退，这也是侧面反映了这个残酷的显示。不管是靠什么业务，好歹雷军能将金山带上市，那么雷军之后，谁又能完全依靠软件业务将另一个软件公司带上市呢？
The industry of software is still depressive although kingsoft went public
Recently, Lei Jun who leads kingsoft to go public has resigned his duty. For this event, there are many different comments. In my opinion, this is highly related with the depressive industry.
The industry has been depressive for many years. There are many software companies but most are frantic mobs except Neusoft. These small companies base on IT Outsourcing. Because most are lack of technology and skill and property right, all the time they draw back the whole industry.
But it can’t blame for these companies which are lack of strength. The pirated copy is the most serious illness of software industry. They can’t undertake the risk so they have to support themselves by outsourcing.
Some companies have transferred to ERP. There is one company who owns one dream to take hold the industry of software. This is kingsoft. Kingsoft has constructed many excellent softwares for example WPS. But they have not brought profit to kingsoft.
The only solution is to construct other products which are more profitable. Then it can go on for its dream. Kingsoft choose Online Games as his main product.
That’s one gold mine for kingsoft. Since kingsoft has gained so much in Online Games, it went public. One software company went public by Online Games. It is so embarrassed but not beyond our mind. It is a rugged road for kingsoft to go public. It has no other choice except Online Gamess. Otherwise, it can’t bring prosperous situation. As you know ,the software industry is still one fool can’t be supported up.
So the event that Lei Jun resigned can show the cruel reality. But whatever business it is, it is so wonderful that Lei can lead Kingsoft to go public. How about then? After Lei Jun who can lead other company to go public on basis of software business.
