Running a simple program for MSVC++

directMotionDemo.cpp tries to connect to the simulator by default, if
you want it to connect to the robot, change this line:

ArTcpConnection con;

To this line:

ArSerialConnection con;

And it should connect to the robot.

For compiling on Linux all you need is make, if you have permissions
wrong and can't compile then change the permissions or log in as root
(or just su after you've telneted to the robot) and compile.  If
you're unfamiliar with Linux you may want to pick up a beginners Linux
book or find a local Linux Guru to get you started.
