NI视觉视觉软件简介

National Instruments机器视觉软件包括如下产品:

  • Vision Development Module
    National Instruments的Vision Development Module是用于使用文本编程方法开发机器视觉的工程师和科学家,例如NI LabVIEW和Microsoft C++, Visual Basic及.NET。该模块提供实现图像处理和分析的功能。

    它包括如下内容:
    • NI Vision
      用于LabVIEW,CVI和其他图像处理及分析环境的视觉算法库
    • NI Vision Assistant
      能自动生成现成的LabVIEW框图或LabWindows/CVI,C/C++或Visual Basic代码的交互式的,高层视觉应用原型化工具。
  • Vision Builder for Automated Inspection
    National Instruments Vision Builder for Automated Inspection (AI)是用于创建,验证和部署整个机器视觉应用的可配置开发环境。Vision Builder AI不需要编程,但可以升级到强大的编程环境例如National Instruments LabVIEW。您可以使用内建的部署接口快速地部署您的检测,引导和识别应用。该软件还能建立复杂的pass/fail决定,控制数字I/O设备并与串行设备例如PLC进行通讯。Vision Builder AI包括NI Vision Acquisition软件,一套驱动及从NI图像采集设备或IEEE 1394(火线)相机获取,显示和存储图像的应用。

  • Vision Acquisition软件
    National Instruments Vision Acqusition软件可用于多种相机,包括IEEE 1394,Gigabit Ethernet及所有采集,存储和显示图像所用的工具。利用一系列易于使用的函数和范例程序,您可以在NI LabVIEW,NI LabWindows/CVI,Visual Studio .NET,C或Visual Basic中快速建立应用。所有NI图像采集设备,Vision Development Module和Vision Builder AI中都带有NI Vision Acquisition软件。NI Vision Acquisition软件也单独出售以用于无需图像处理或特定硬件的安全和监测应用。

    • NI-IMAQ
      提供对图像采集硬件和C,Visual Basic以及LabVIEW中用于图像采集的API支持的驱动级软件。

    • NI-IMAQdx

      Legacy NI-IMAQ for IEEE 1394
      用于IEEE-1394(火线)数字相机采集图像的驱动级软件。

    • NI-IMAQ I/O
      允许您与带有FPGA的NI-IMAQ I/O设备,如CVS,PCI-8254R和PCIe-8255R,上的数字I/O线交互的默认特性。

    NI-IMAQdx驱动程序,用于从GigE视觉设备、IIDC IEEE 1394相机、DirectShow USB设备、IP相机中采集数据。
